Daria began as an artist specializing in painting, ceramics & sculpture. Through good fortune she discovered a media, Cake Decorating, requiring her expertise in all those areas.

She has a Degree in Fine Art but her Culinary abilities were honed in the School of Hard Knocks. 32 years in the restaurant business with 17 spent as the Pastry Chef for a local Fine Dining establishment.

She has left the restaurant world to devote her full attention to Sweet 'Art.
